Kate & Kiely Love

This week the Duchess of Cambridge was spotted in one of our favorite designers, Orla Kiely. While visiting a primary school in Oxford, the always chic Kate wore Orla Kiely’s wool jacquard “Birdie” coat dress. Kate perfectly complimented the walnut dress with monochromatic brown tights, suede booties and a matching clutch. If anyone thinks the ensemble was lacking in color, the playful pattern of the Orla Kiely dress certainly made up for it. The English designer is known for flora and fauna, whimsical motifs in styles reminiscent of 1960s mod. Kiely’s designs adorn everything from silk blouses to wallpapers. Personally, we can’t get enough of her accessory line with all its pop colors and nostalgic prints. If you’re wanting to standout this spring like the Duchess, Orla Kiely is at you service.
